Program Terms & Conditions
College Basketball Operations Institute, LLC
Program Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: February 22, 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to all participants enrolled in the College Basketball Operations Fellowship and College Basketball Operations Foundations programs (the “Programs”) offered by College Basketball Operations Institute, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By enrolling in a Program, the participant (“Participant”) agrees to the following:

1. Nature of the Programs
The Fellowship and Foundations are professional development programs designed to provide structured, applied training in college basketball operations.

The Company is a private educational organization and is not an accredited college or university. Participation does not result in academic credit, certification, or licensure.

The Programs are educational in nature and are not job placement services.

2. Eligibility
Due to NCAA regulations, the Programs are not available to current collegiate women’s basketball student-athletes or female high school basketball players in grades 9-12.

By enrolling in a Program, the Participant represents and warrants that they are not a current collegiate women’s basketball student-athlete or a high school prospect as defined above.

If a Participant enrolls in violation of this eligibility requirement, the Company reserves the right to terminate enrollment immediately. In such cases, refund eligibility shall be determined at the sole discretion of the Company.

3. No Guarantee of Employment
Completion of the Fellowship or Foundations does not guarantee employment, interviews, internships, or placement in any basketball operations role. While the Programs are designed to strengthen participants’ readiness and competitiveness, hiring decisions remain solely at the discretion of employers.

4. Participant Responsibilities
Participants agree to:
  • Complete required applied exercises and portfolio development work prior to each session
  • Submit required materials by established deadlines
  • Participate professionally in scheduled sessions
  • Communicate proactively regarding scheduling conflicts
  • Conduct themselves respectfully and professionally at all times
Failure to complete required operations simulations or portfolio development work does not pause, extend, or modify the Program schedule. Sessions will proceed as scheduled, and incomplete preparation may limit the depth or effectiveness of instruction. Such circumstances do not entitle the Participant to refunds, additional sessions, or schedule extensions.

The Company reserves the right to terminate participation without refund if a Participant engages in unprofessional, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct.

5. Program Structure & Scheduling
Programs are delivered in a 1-on-1 format and paced flexibly. Session frequency and overall duration may vary based on scheduling availability and participant engagement.

We reserve the right to reschedule sessions when necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

All sessions must be completed within twelve (12) months of enrollment for the Fellowship and four (4) months for Foundations unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unused sessions beyond this period are forfeited and are not eligible for refund.

6. Payment & Refund Policy
Program fees must be paid in full prior to participation.

Due to the customized, individualized, and time-intensive nature of the Programs, all payments are non-refundable once the Program has begun.

The Program is deemed to have begun upon the earlier of:
  • The commencement of the first scheduled session, or
  • The delivery of any Program materials, onboarding resources, or operations simulations.
If a Participant voluntarily withdraws after the Program has begun, all remaining sessions are forfeited and no refunds will be issued.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing prior to the commencement of the Program. Any refund issued prior to the commencement of the Program is granted at the sole discretion of the College Basketball Operations Institute and will be issued less any payment processing fees incurred at the time of purchase.

7. Intellectual Property
All instructional materials, frameworks, simulations, templates, and proprietary content remain the intellectual property of the Company.

All program materials are for the Participant’s personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, shared, sold, or reproduced in any form without prior written permission.

8. Confidentiality
Participants may be exposed to real-world operational scenarios and professional insights. Participants agree not to disclose proprietary materials or confidential discussions to any third party without written permission.

Similarly, the Company respects participant privacy and will not share personal information without consent, except as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability
The Programs provide educational training and professional development guidance. We do not assume responsibility for:
  • Employment outcomes
  • Institutional decisions made by employers
  • Participant actions taken outside Program instruction
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the Participant for the Program.

10. Independent Relationship
Participation in the Fellowship or Foundations does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between the Participant and the Company.

11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

12. Agreement
By enrolling in a Program, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
