Fellowship
The Fellowship is a comprehensive, 1-on-1 operational development program covering the full scope of a Director of Basketball Operations role. Participants work through applied simulations, examine operational responsibilities at a high level of detail, and develop a comprehensive portfolio reflective of complete operational readiness.

Foundations
Foundations is a focused, four-module program built from the core elements of the Fellowship. It introduces the fundamental responsibilities of college basketball operations through structured, real-world scenarios. Participants develop portfolio materials aligned with entry-level and early-career operations roles.

Session Structure
Each 45-60 minute session includes:

• Instruction on the operational topic
• Applied scenario analysis
• Review of participant work
• Direct, strategic feedback

How These Programs Differ From Sport Management Programs
Most sport management programs provide an overview of what the job is. These programs teach specifically how to do the job—and why decisions are made.
