How Sarah Can Help You
  • Proven pathway into basketball operations: Built a Division I basketball operations career without having played college basketball — and teaches others how to do the same.
  • Experience across the full NCAA landscape: Worked in environments ranging from resource-constrained programs to nationally competitive operations.
  • Operational leadership: Built and managed real operations, including increasing camp participation by over 1,000% and revenue by over 3,000%, and launching a team camp from inception to repeated sell-outs.
  • Championship experience: Won 10+ conference championships, appeared in multiple NCAA Tournaments, and participated in three Final Fours.
  • A mentor with outcomes, not just advice: Former mentees have gone on to hold Division I basketball operations roles across the country, including at institutions such as the University of Pittsburgh, Wake Forest University, and Valparaiso University.
